David T. Dilley Pedal 2 Metal Tribute Ride Itinerary
Special note and thanks: Redbear Bikes is Justin and Rebecca’s bike shop in Stockbridge Michigan. They started an entire Bike Shop and moved to Stockbridge just so we could have this event…kidding! Actually they started in June, but they will be hosting us in their house, closing their shop on a SATURDAY! Which is a huge deal and letting us run buckwild in their town. So please don’t let them buy a drink this weekend, help out whenever you can with logistics or whatever and say thanks. Team Redbear we’re all “hugging you but we’re hitting you!” as Dave would say.

NOTES:
Please plan to BYOB for the entire event, including preferred pop.
Be forewarned that shopping is limited in Stockbridge. There is no traditional grocery store but we can point you toward our modest Dollar General Market and a few hearty gas station shops.
Feel free to bring sweet or salty snacks to share.
We’d like to avoid hosting other pets. Our fence is incomplete and not safe for the uninitiated, and Grover does not tolerate other dogs well. We would not want to leave other dogs in the yard or home with him while we’re away. Please let us know if this request makes it difficult for someone who should be there to attend. We’d like to talk to them directly about the realities of what we can offer. Rebecca’s number is 248.563.0329 Justin’s is 517.410.4799
We can get a limited number of people on a Redbear-provided e-bike. We think this could make it more fun but it’s not crucial. The day of we’ll figure out e bikes, tandems, etc. for everyone but if you have and can bring your own bike - that is in good working order - that would make it easier for Justin and Rebecca! We can lube some chains and pump some tires but would like to avo
id any tune ups the day of.
No kids this year…just us big kids!
